A GROUP of doe-eyed sloths learn to climb by scaling and then swinging from the back of a rocking chair. Shot in May, this adorable footage was filmed by zoologist and broadcaster Lucy Cooke during a visit to the Toucan Rescue Ranch in Costa Rica. Albert Killian began removing snakes from his neighbour's yard when he was just ten and has loved the animals ever since. Shot in October by Pantanal visitor John Medlock and wildlife guide, Leen Gillis, 33, the dramatic footage shows the ruthless predator pounce on the unsuspecting reptile while a group of tourists watch in amazement. Filmed in Black Little River in Porto Jofre, Northern Pantanal, the video also shows the jaguar struggling to lift its prey on to the riverbank. The adolescent male, who is new to the area, eventually dragged its prey into the nearby forest and stayed there for the next few days feasting. A POWERFUL tiger launches itself at its keeper - before the pair make an almighty splash into a swimming pool. Staff at the Out Of Africa wildlife park in Arizona allow themselves to be ‘hunted’ by the big cats as part of the ‘Tiger Splash’ show, which sees the animals interact with their keepers as they would with their prey. The adult Bengal and Siberian tigers have all of their teeth and claws. But despite the danger the bond between the humans and animals stop the brave keepers from being mauled to death. The deadly predators grow to nearly 400kg and 11 foot in length and many of the staff are scarred from playful bites and scratches.

The dramatic footage was shot by videographer Oliver Bray from inside the cage in Gansbaai, South Africa, with just thick bars to protect him from the shark’s sharp teeth. An ailing elephant who had been shot with a poacher's poisoned arrow was saved by a team of heroic vets in Kenya.On September 15th, medics from the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust and the Kenya Wildlife Service treated the bull quickly after it had been felled by an ivory poacher in Tsavo National Park.Once the deadly arrow was removed and the wound was cleaned, the team administered long acting antibiotics ensuring that the elephant made a full recovery. Sawfishes belong to a group of fishes called elasmobranchs that includes sharks, rays, and skates. All Elasmobranchs have a skeleton made of cartilage as opposed to a skeleton made of bone like other fishes such as red drum, snook, or tarpon. Sawfishes are actually a type of ray. Sawfishes all fit into one family known as Pristidae, derived from a Greek term meaning "saw". THIS lion was flipped five metres into the air by a buffalo in the Kruger National Park, South Africa. The buffalo bull was conducting a daring rescue mission in a bid to save his friend from certain death. Two young lions had been silently stalking the buffalo for about 45 minutes when one finally made its move. But the predator was so focused on bringing down his prey that it left itself open to a surprise attack. The astonishing images were captured by Ian Matheson, 52, during an early morning game drive with his son Oliver, 16, and two of Oliver's friends in the Mjejane Reserve on the border of the Kruger Park. Abbie, who is 23 years old, is a nurse from Derbyshire and she is the owner of 8 Chihuahuas and one Pomeranian. She spent an overwhelming amount of £25,000 for her pets and spends a large sum of money every month to spoil them and keep them in the finest conditions. The Chihuahuas are named Pixie, Sky, Kink, Maisy, Murray, Wendy, Thelma and Lulu and the Pomeranian is named Dolly. Dolly is considered to be the smallest amongst her breed found in UK. Abbie dresses these pups in cute clothes and posts picture of them on Instagram bathing in their own swimming pool or sleeping in their own four poster beds. These pictures have helped these pups gain as many as 28,000 followers on Instagram with the followers list including names like Paris Hilton, Charlotte Crosby and Lindsay Lohan.
